📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions • Research, analyze and predict market trends • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice • Support BTI and Sales: Provide sales support serving as voice of the market • Build credibility as an industry expert • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Be a mentor and a coach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of experience in software engineering • Proven software engineering leadership experience • Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and operating models • Hands-on expertise in AI-augmented software development • Advanced knowledge of AI application development • Recognized as an AI leader • Strong written and verbal proficiency • Strong organizational skills • Subject matter expertise
