• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged insights content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Research, analyze and predict market trends • Provide clients with actionable advice through virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events • Mentor and support junior team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Proven software engineering leadership experience • Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and operating models • Hands-on expertise in AI-augmented software development • Advanced knowledge of AI application development • Strong written and verbal proficiency • Strong organizational skills • Subject matter expertise in the global and competitive landscape
