• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client needs • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions • Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for events and briefings • Support BTI and Sales by providing sales support and content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert • Actively participate in innovation and research discussions • Be a mentor and a coach for junior team members • Client-centric approach to engage with clients regularly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Experience as a CMO/marketing leader for B2B companies • Informed understanding of challenges facing marketing leaders • Extensive experience leading development and execution of media strategies • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Subject matter expertise and comfortable presenting at various engagements • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
