📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking content that is highly consumable and indispensable • Develop new ideas through thought leadership and deliver actionable approaches • Analyze and forecast market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice aligned with the designated content area through virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefing sessions • Provide sales support by serving as the voice of the market to help Insights teams create content and engage with clients • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure cybersecurity, secure network architecture, or related IT domains, preferably in advanced enterprise environments • Knowledge of the local Brazilian market, including vendors and key trends shaping cybersecurity strategy in the region • Business fluency in Brazilian Portuguese • Ability to analyze, formulate, and clearly articulate technology and business adoption scenarios • Expertise in modern infrastructure security models, including SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, and identity-centric security frameworks • Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, endpoint security, patch management, backup, and recovery • Awareness and intellectual curiosity about emerging cyber threats to IT infrastructure, such as post-quantum attacks, AI-powered cyberattacks, and multi-layer extortion ransomware • Familiarity with industry cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF • Understanding of geopolitical and sovereignty requirements across regions regarding infrastructure security and compliance • Familiarity with major cybersecurity offerings and services, including U.S. and international service providers, managed security services, and emerging vendors and technologies • Broad understanding of enterprise connectivity and security drivers, such as cloud adoption, distributed workforces, application modernization, and growing reliance on integrated security and network architectures • Executive presence; able to establish credibility immediately with executives and other stakeholders • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables • Excellence in research and strong writing skills • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions • Competence in data analysis and synthesis; able to apply patterns and frameworks while developing and defending conclusions for client challenges • Subject-matter expertise; comfortable presenting at both large and small events • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global competitive landscape within the subject area and how it interacts in the market • Ability to work independently while being motivated to collaborate across teams and support others' workflows in a global, multicultural team • High learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (when applicable)
