📋 Description

• Select, develop and retain top sales talent in support of regional sales objectives • Provide timely coaching and feedback to drive performance results • Work with Global Senior Sales Manager and Director, Industry Sales to develop and implement strategic plans and tactics • Ensure coverage of customer base implementing territory management models • Manage and grow regional account base to achieve revenue, profitability and share gain targets • Maintain high level contacts within the industry to promote technology and capabilities • Deliver accurate regional sales forecasts • Communicate deviations from plan in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders • Participate in sales negotiations • Conduct regular one on one and regional team meetings to assess performance to plan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or comparable experience • 7 to 10 years of proven consultative or solution based commercial experience • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching, objective setting and performance management skills • Technical Knowledge - Must have the capability to understand the technical applications of our products and represent products positively • Ability to manage effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize high performance teams • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to translate market trends into sales forecast • Ability to travel 50-70% of time (domestic and international) • Must have a valid driver’s license
