📋 Description

• Gerenciar o time comercial de vendas com base nas metas traçadas com a Direção; • Assegurar a manutenção e atualização do estoque de imóveis; • Atuar para o fechamento de negócios com a lucratividade esperada; • Conduzir a formação, desenvolvimento e engajamento da equipe; • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e todo o processo de vendas; • Gerenciar a equipe de corretores, definindo metas e estratégias para maximizar resultados; • Acompanhar negociações e prestar suporte técnico e comercial aos corretores; • Analisar o mercado e a concorrência, identificando oportunidades de vendas; • Desenvolver e implementar planos de ação para captação de novos clientes; • Monitorar o cumprimento de metas e relatórios de desempenho da equipe; • Garantir a satisfação do cliente, atuando diretamente na resolução de problemas e na otimização de processos.

🎯 Requirements

• CRECI ativo. • Conhecimento em sistema CRM imobiliário; • Experiência em formação e desenvolvimento de equipes; • Conhecimento em documentação imobiliária.
