• Source and generate business leads to share with Full-Time Account Executives. • Close 1+ home financing contracts per month. • Perform community engagement activities with key referral sources. • Provide a delightful customer experience by securing new applicants in need of home financing. • Enter leads into CRM for Full-Time Account Executives. • Build strong working relationships with staff and manage expectations.
• Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required. • Bilingual English / Urdu, Bengali, Somali, or Arabic preferred • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person. • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
