📋 Description

• Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with customers • Advocate the benefits of products and services to customers • Answer customer requests via phone and email • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to retain customer relationships • Collaborate with customers to determine appropriate delivery of products and services • Review and analyze current products to capitalize on upsell opportunities • Schedule quarterly face-to-face meetings or conference calls with customers • Create strategies with Director, Account Services for yearly account planning • Support other Account Managers with servicing large accounts • Maintain a professional demeanor to represent company values and standards

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Required • Experience creating and maintaining successful customer relationships required • Healthcare background a plus • Sales experience a plus • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Computer literacy required in Microsoft Office Suite • Stable work history required • Must reside in the greater Toronto Area or Ottawa and able to travel as necessary (approximate travel required is 25%)
