📋 Description

• Provide telephone and chat-based support through in-depth clinical assessments • Refer clients to therapists, counselors, and relevant wellness resources • Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop personalized health and wellness strategies • Follow departmental protocols, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements • Provide culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful services • Use clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving to resolve concerns and facilitate appropriate support • Explain available resources, eligibility criteria, and program services to clients • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions in the internal database • Stay informed about behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care • Maintain medical confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection regulations • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related behavioral health field from a recognized institution required • A Bachelor’s degree combined with relevant post-graduate experience may be considered equivalent where recognized by the applicable professional regulatory framework • Meet all education and experience requirements for professional practice eligibility and/or required licensure or registration • Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence in accordance with applicable national regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client information systems required • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and French required • Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials or certifications preferred • Work experience in multicultural or international environments preferred • Client-centered support, empathy, active listening, and coaching skills • Sound clinical judgment and ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations • Excellent communication and strong service orientation • Critical thinking and effective multitasking in fast-paced environments • Professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality • Stable, reliable high-speed internet connection and distraction-free workspace required • Ability to appear on camera during training, meetings, and work-related events • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer
