📋 Description

• Coordinate and track international shipments via sea and air freight • Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills) • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues • Maintain accurate logistics records and update internal systems • Assist in cost tracking and logistics reporting • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies • Analyze data and contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses. • Monitor supply chain operations to identify potential delays, proactively developing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain timely delivery schedules. • Continuously evaluate logistics processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management. • Practical experience in sea and air freight operations • Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures • Strong organizational and communication skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Experience in export/import from Asia to Europe and familiarity with Incoterms and the whole logistics chain process are a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
