📋 Description

• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal teams • Track shipments and follow up on pickups and deliveries • Update shipment status and maintain tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel • Follow up with transport partners on pending or delayed shipments • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch • Maintain shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other documents • Monitor movement of goods and report discrepancies • Communicate with stakeholders regarding shipment updates • Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports • Maintain organized shipment and logistics documentation • Assist with import/export documentation when required • Escalate delays, damages, or operational issues to the reporting manager • Learn and follow company logistics processes and documentation requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and tracking reports • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to write professional emails • Organized and good at follow-ups • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to coordinate with multiple people and teams • Willingness to learn logistics and supply chain processes • Ownership of assigned tasks through completion • Available to join immediately or at short notice • Comfortable creating and updating Excel sheets, sorting and filtering data, using basic formulas, maintaining trackers, preparing simple reports, and managing large amounts of data • Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, or other advanced Excel functions is mandatory
