📋 Description

• Support the delivery of high-quality UI designs with a strong focus on detail and visual consistency. • Learn to create and maintain clear handoffs in Figma, keeping files organized and ready for development. • Learn from senior colleagues how to define accessibility specifications, helping ensure they are properly documented and implemented. • Work closely with product designers and engineers to support the delivery of new features. • Assist the team in maintaining design quality across the Booking experience. • Actively participate in team ceremonies and stay aligned with product priorities. • Continuously improve your skills in UI, accessibility, and core Product Design principles. • Live the mission: inspire and empower Wellhubbers by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. 🎯 Requirements

• A detail-oriented designer who cares deeply about interface quality and visual consistency. • Interest in or early experience with digital product design, preferably in tech or startups. • Familiarity with Figma and comfortable organizing files, components, and preparing designs for handoff to engineering. • Interest in Design Systems and eagerness to learn how to scale and maintain consistent experiences. • A curious learner with an interest in accessibility and inclusive design practices. • Collaborative and enjoys working closely with other designers, engineers, and product partners. • Proactive and organized, able to manage tasks and documentation with attention to detail. • Able to read and write in English for handoffs, accessibility specifications, and documentation, with a desire to improve communication for meetings over time.
