📋 Description

• Set up, launch, and analyze CRM campaigns, including daily, weekly, themed, and holiday campaigns • Create and execute monthly promotional plans • Create and optimize automated communication flows, including triggers, welcome flows, and lifecycle logic • Manage email, push, SMS, onsite, in-app, and messenger communications • Segment users by lifecycle stage, gaming behavior, and payment behavior • Collaborate with designers and content managers on creatives and campaign texts • Contribute to campaign KPI setting and adjustment, including OR, CTR, CR, retention, and reactivation • Work closely with VIP, Promo, BI, Product, Content, and Support teams • Participate in quarterly CRM roadmap planning • Prepare campaign reports and presentations • Collect and implement player feedback with CS and VIP teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in Gaming • Understanding of key retention metrics and strong analytical skills • Knowledge of structures and mechanics of personalized communication • Experience building automated and trigger-based campaign flows • Confident user of Customer.io, Braze, Smartico, or similar platforms • Copywriting skills with AI and basic HTML for email templates • Experience working with Tier 1 markets is a plus • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; team communication is in English
