📋 Description

• Partners with business leaders to identify performance gaps, root causes, and capability needs • Defines solution approaches aligned to business priorities and workforce strategy • Leads end-to-end design, curation, and development of learning solutions • Establishes success metrics and evaluates effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data • Builds strong partnerships with stakeholders and drives adoption and behavior change

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness in a corporate environment • Demonstrated experience applying a performance consulting approach (needs analysis, solution diagnosis, stakeholder alignment) • Experience designing learning solutions across modalities (digital, instructor-led, blended, experiential) • Experience defining and executing measurement strategies tied to business impact • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and modern learning technologies (e.g., LMS/LXP, content authoring tools)
