📋 Description

• Partner with customer-side program directors, senior IT leaders, and business stakeholders • Own end-to-end delivery of high revenue programs • Lead teams of program managers, project managers, technical teams • Translate between technical and business stakeholders • Coordinate across teams responsible for construction/project management, software/service delivery, manufacturing and supply chain • Be the primary point of accountability for customer commitments, contracts and statements of work • Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Prior people management experience with a desire to focus on program development and delivery • Demonstrated track record delivering complex, contract-based solutions to external paying customers (hardware + software + services) • Experience balancing very complex programs • Demonstrated experience working and leading in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Domain experience with high performance computing, cloud infrastructure at scale, datacenter planning, and complex software integration
