• Own the entire journey of our strategic customers — from initial outreach to successful handover into operational management • Acquire, manage, and expand strategic key accounts (including developers, law firms, complex mandates) in your region • End-to-end responsibility for the sales process: initial contact, needs assessment, proposal, closing • In-depth analysis of property and client structures to develop tailored management concepts • Facilitate and lead owners' meetings (ETVs) with the goal of driving clear decisions and securing mandates • Close collaboration with internal experts (property management companies, customer success) • Actively contribute to the development of our sales and process landscape through structured market and customer feedback
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex, consultative solutions • Industry knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus • Confident presence, strong communication and facilitation skills — including presenting to larger groups • Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for digital tools, data, and AI-supported processes • Strong customer orientation, empathy, and a high degree of reliability • Independent, structured working style with an ownership mindset and willingness to travel within the region • Excellent German skills (C2) and a valid driving license (Class B)
