📋 Description

• Responsible for an independent portfolio of 20–30 condominium owners' associations (500+ units) • Revenue and profit responsibility for your portfolio • Manage your squad (Accounting & Service) to ensure maximum efficiency in day-to-day operations • Chair owners' meetings with oversight, clarity and authority • Continuously improve the processes in your area of responsibility — digital, lean, and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in condominium management, ideally with larger or complex condominium owners' associations • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both commercially and strategically • Strong communication skills and a high customer focus • Independent, structured working style — you don’t need micromanaging
