📋 Description

• Responsibility for a dedicated portfolio of 20–30 condominium owner associations (500+ units) • Revenue and profit responsibility for your portfolio • Lead your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize day-to-day operational efficiency • Chair owners' meetings with oversight, clarity and professional presence • Continuously improve processes within your area of responsibility — digital, lean, and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in condominium management, ideally with larger or more complex owner associations • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both financially and strategically • Strong communication skills and a high customer focus • Independent, structured working style — you don't require micromanagement
