📋 Description

• Translate supplier and category strategies into integrated promotion plans. • Build and maintain annual and quarterly supplier promotion calendars. • Package supplier offerings into AE-ready tools. • Manage supplier-funded promotions intake, prioritization, and execution. • Coordinate cross-functional execution of promotions. • Track and report promotion performance and share insights with leadership. • Ensure supplier promotions reflect HALO’s sustainability and ESG commitments. • Maintain strong relationships with key promotional and non-traditional suppliers. • Support HALO events and seller meetings as needed. • Update and maintain promotion documentation and calendars.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in promotional products, trade marketing, supplier relations, category management, or related B2B distribution environment. • Strong understanding of the promotional products industry, supplier economics, and margin levers (e.g., rebates, setup fees, freight, decoration). • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent promotions, stakeholders, and deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Supplier Relations, Seller Solutions, Operations, Finance, and IT in a matrixed organization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
