📋 Description
• 1st & 2nd level IT support as well as support for the ERP system and associated interfaces • Ensuring operation of the distributed telephone system (Siemens HiPath, Unify) • Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of IT systems, networks and software • Participation in internal IT projects • Administration and operation of Windows Server and Windows Terminal Server/Client (Windows 10 / MS Server 2019 / SQL / AD / DNS / Sophos Firewall) • Shared responsibility for procurement of hardware and licenses
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or relevant professional experience in the areas listed • Experience implementing and working with telecommunication systems (PBX), MDM systems and MS Terminal Server • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Flexibility, commitment, reliability and team spirit • Strong problem-solving skills
