📋 Description

• Audit and train stands during new openings and annually thereafter • Monitor critical stands and oversee the implementation of action plans • Track consumer complaints and analytical non-conformities in the assigned region • Train managers and stand supervisors in collaboration with the Continuing Education team • Regularly report on the progress of action plans and relevant updates to managers and directors • Prepare official reports and regional quality indicators for regional directors and managers • Participate in cross-functional quality projects • Serve as the primary point of contact for multi-site managers and directors regarding operational hygiene issues • Update and maintain quality tools, particularly training materials and the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) • Monitor laboratory and other service providers in the assigned region and raise alerts when intervention is required to maintain food safety

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in General Biology, Quality Management, or Food Microbiology • Minimum of one year's experience in a quality-related field, such as operational quality, field auditing, or training • Audit training and experience • Action plan monitoring and cross-functional communication skills • Knowledge of quality and food safety management and good manufacturing practices (GMP) • Expertise in and knowledge of fish-based raw materials • Ability to provide advice and contribute to innovation and productivity • Proactive and self-motivated approach • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Practical mindset and adaptability • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Valid Category B driving licence required • Frequent travel throughout the assigned region, with occasional travel across France
