📋 Description
• We are looking for a legal consultant with a collaborative mindset and an operational focus to work in a dynamic, global business environment. If you are fluent in English, passionate about bilingual cross-border contracts, and have solid compliance expertise (especially LGPD and Brazilian labor law), this is your opportunity. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and translating essential documents, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, acting as a strategic partner to local teams and global stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements
• Technical skills: • Law degree with active registration in the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB). • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Previous experience in corporate legal departments or law firms, preferably supporting international or cross-border (cross-border) business operations. • Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, Brazilian labor law, corporate governance and cross-border corporate/legal support. • Experience supporting internal stakeholders on corporate legal matters. • Familiarity with legal technology tools and document management systems. • Experience coordinating external counsel and legal vendors. • Experience supporting multinational or global business environments. • Behavioral skills: • Interest in diversity, inclusion and accessibility; • Curiosity; • Collaborative mindset; • Structured and action-oriented; • Comfortable working with ambiguity and in early-stage environments; • Impact-focused — not just on output.
