• Build and grow the network through social media, travel, and events • Activate and manage the partner network • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and webinars • Event management and trade show participation • Act as interface between partners, customers, support, and development • Sales operations and administration for partners • Track and analyze all leads • Sales and representation at trade shows • Build market and competitor knowledge
• Proven experience in partner management, business development, consulting, or a similar field (ideally in SaaS or the hotel industry) • Strong communication skills • Willingness to travel • Excellent organizational skills • Analytical mindset • Tech-savvy / strong technical affinity • Initial experience building and scaling ecosystems in partner management, consulting, or business development • Confident presence as the main contact for external business relationships up to C-level • Negotiation-level German and English are required. Any additional language is a plus.
