📋 Description

• You call pre-qualified leads that we have generated and contacted automatically — with the goal of scheduling a meeting. • You re-contact companies that have already been in touch with us — bringing them back into the conversation. • You document results concisely and clearly — no CRM busywork, no deep administrative tasks. • You help our team make outbound communication measurably more effective. • You actively contribute ideas on how to further improve our phone-based lead follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• You speak German at native level. • You are an enrolled student (field of study does not matter) — most importantly: not afraid of using the phone. • You communicate clearly, likeably and directly — in German fluently and without hesitation. • You enjoy real human contact and aim to make an impact. • You persist, even if it doesn’t work on the first try. • You are interested in digitalization, industry, and startup culture — experience is not required.
