📋 Description

• Create new manual and automated test cases or scripts • Produce or collect required metrics, reports, and audits for relevant work products • Maintain test cases or scripts and continuously improve product coverage • Execute assigned automated testing according to schedules and productivity targets • Escalate project, product, and process quality concerns clearly and timely • Assist the project manager with identifying, analyzing, and reporting data and metrics • Lead root cause analysis identification and resolution • Assist with change management and communicate plans and results effectively • Evaluate processes and products against applicable company and industry standards and procedures • Perform peer review, code review, and sign-off of others' work • Work primarily in a standard office environment or remotely • Provide after-hours, on-call, and holiday support when required

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant work experience • 4–5 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience • Ability to create manual and automated test cases or scripts • Ability to produce or collect metrics, reports, and audits • Experience maintaining test cases or scripts and improving product coverage • Experience executing automated testing according to schedules and productivity targets • Ability to identify and resolve root causes • Ability to evaluate processes and products against company and industry standards and procedures • Experience with peer review, code review, and sign-off of others' work
