📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and operations specialists • Partner with senior leadership, product teams, RnD, security, and infrastructure groups to align cloud strategy with business objectives • Represent Cloud Operations in leadership forums • Oversee and enforce change management processes for safe, predictable, and compliant deployments • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents • Participate in major incident management, including communication, coordination, and post-incident analysis • Drive corrective actions, root-cause remediation, and improvements to environments, build automation, and build processes • Improve and enforce operational processes, runbooks, and documentation • Design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines • Standardize application and infrastructure build and release pipelines • Ensure pipeline security, artifact management, versioning, and governance • Champion DevOps best practices across engineering teams • Manage and support Kubernetes clusters • Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications • Ensure Kubernetes cluster security, scalability, and operational health • Manage Azure cloud resources, subscriptions, policies, and integrations • Support and maintain VMware environments • Contribute to hybrid cloud strategies and cloud migration initiatives • Optimize cloud cost, performance, and resource utilization • Provide oversight for Windows Server administration • Troubleshoot application, OS, pipeline, and infrastructure issues across cloud and on-premises environments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading cloud engineering, DevOps engineering, and operations teams • Exceptional communication and ability to influence at all levels • Deep knowledge of improving customer experience • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or similar tools • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including AKS and/or on-premises clusters • Experience with GitOps workflows using Argo CD • Experience with Helm charts, manifests, and YAML-based configurations • Experience managing Azure cloud resources, subscriptions, policies, and integrations • Experience supporting VMware environments, including provisioning, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting • Experience with Windows Server administration, including services, event logs, patching, and performance tuning • Experience troubleshooting application, operating system, pipeline, and infrastructure issues across cloud and on-premises environments
