📋 Description

• Perform application installations, upgrades, and product maintenance for existing customers • Troubleshoot application upgrade issues through problem analysis, diagnosis, and remediation, including critical events • Create and maintain upgrade documentation and processes • Build strong positive relationships with customers and project team members • Plan, prioritize, and execute assignments within deadlines • Coordinate and drive compliance with change control policies and processes • Work in a Squad model with rotation shifts, including nighttime work when performing application upgrades in production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems and SQL Server, including Windows/SQL permissions, Windows Clustering, SQL Server AlwaysOn, PowerShell scripting, and SQL code/queries • Familiarity with PowerShell and writing scripts for application installs/uninstalls • Working knowledge of Azure services, IIS, Citrix, and databases • Knowledge of software and hardware implementation methodology • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management • Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time professionally • Ability to work nighttime rotation shifts for production application upgrades • BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, information systems/technology, or another relevant combination of training and work experience • Typically 2–3 years of related experience • Microsoft AZ-900 Certification is recommended
