📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and managers to identify capability requirements and skill gaps • Conduct Training Needs Analysis using business inputs, employee feedback, performance data, and organizational priorities • Translate identified needs into learning interventions and development plans • Design and develop behavioral and soft-skills programs from concept to delivery • Create training content, participant materials, activities, case studies, assessments, and learning modules • Develop programs covering communication, influencing, leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management, executive presence, coaching and feedback, conflict management, change management, decision-making, and professional effectiveness • Apply adult learning, instructional design, and experiential learning principles • Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, in-person, and blended learning programs • Deliver onboarding and employee development programs • Use discussions, role plays, simulations, and case studies in training delivery • Continuously improve programs based on learner feedback and outcomes • Support onboarding, e-learning, leadership development, and other talent development programs • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop scalable learning solutions • Leverage digital learning platforms and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences • Define measures to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact • Track participation, completion, learner feedback, skill improvement, and application of learning • Analyze learning data and report on program effectiveness and ROI • Use insights to continuously improve learning solutions • Independently manage Workday Learning programs, courses, learner assignments, training records, reporting, and day-to-day L&D administration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Organizational Development • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering behavioral/soft-skills training • Experience independently creating learning content and training materials • Working knowledge of Workday Learning, including managing learning programs, courses, learner assignments, training records, reporting, and day-to-day L&D administration • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, instructional design, content development, stakeholder management, and consulting skills • Good understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies • Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and translate business needs into learning solutions • Data-driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, multinational environment • Willingness to travel for work in and outside Germany • Willingness to work flexible hours to support other geographies • Expert-level German and English • French working knowledge is an advantage • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools while observing security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements
