• Sales activities for our products and services in the "Funding for Non-Profits" area • Identifying, contacting, and acquiring new corporate clients • Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships • Advising companies on donation formats, donation funds, and platform solutions • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and materials • Delivering presentations and client meetings (remote and on-site) • Preparing proposals and coordinating contract signings; supporting procurement processes with corporate clients • Close coordination with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure optimal onboarding of new clients • Monitoring the market and contributing new ideas to further develop the department
• Completed degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Non-Profit Management) or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in Non-Profit, CSR, B2B (software) sales, or fundraising • Enjoys consulting, communication, and networking • Strong digital affinity and very confident user of MS Office • English skills at least B2 level, ideally C1 • Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style • Empathetic and service-oriented manner • Team player with commitment and willingness to take responsibility • Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and donation platforms
