📋 Description

• Join HBK’s Chief Digital Officer organization as our AI Architect, reporting directly to the Director of Digital Futures. • Define and deliver our enterprise AI strategy across our data ecosystems and platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 Co‑Pilot and internal team systems. • Identify high‑value AI use cases, architect intelligent agents, and guide teams through adoption and scaling. • Help define our world-leading AI capabilities in how we serve our customers and colleagues. • Craft strategies to transform our architecture, aligning it with and enabling our business objectives. • Provide unique, industry-grounded technical thought leadership to our digital, IT and application teams globally. • Influence the future of HBK's digital landscape, fostering collaboration across international teams and setting industry standards. • Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI architectures for products and solutions, embedding automation, data governance and secure by design thinking within the organization. • Lead the creation and review of AI system capability strategies and features that meet the strategic requirements of the business, ensuring buy-in from all key stakeholders. • Capture and prioritize market and environmental trends in AI impacting business strategies, and objectives. • Identify the business benefits of alternative strategies and develop compelling business cases for approval, funding, and prioritization of high-level AI initiatives. • Set strategies, policies, standards, and practices to ensure alignment and compliance between business strategies, technology strategies, and enterprise transformation activities enabled by AI. • Develop organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for AI solution configuration design, deployment and maintenance. • Lead the development of AI architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with agreed requirements. • Establish policies, principles and practices for the selection of AI solution architecture components at an HBK wide level. • Manage trade-offs and balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements for HBK. • Maintain a stable, viable architecture at an enterprise level, and ensure consistency of design and adherence to appropriate standards across the enterprise portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• AI Strategy & Innovation: Define enterprise AI strategy, identify and prioritise business use cases, evaluate emerging technologies, and create AI roadmaps connecting enterprise systems to intelligent workflows. • Enterprise AI Architecture: Architect AI systems, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and integration patterns while ensuring compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI standards. • AI Solution Design & Implementation: Lead design and development of AI agents and copilots that integrate with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and other platforms. Provide training and enablement to teams adopting AI. • Digital Transformation & AI Leadership: Champion adoption, coach cross‑functional teams, and influence senior stakeholders on AI strategy and investment. • Performance Measurement: Establish OKRs and KPIs for AI initiatives and continuously evaluate solution performance. • Autonomy: Operates under broad direction and manages complex AI solution delivery to time, cost and quality targets. • Influence & Leadership: Influences stakeholders, builds expert networks, and communicates complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences. • Complexity Management: Works across diverse enterprise systems and resolves technical and organisational barriers to AI adoption. • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Azure AI/OpenAI services, MLOps tooling, data governance, API integrations, cloud infrastructure and secure AI engineering practices including agentic /spec-driven development and orchestration. • Knowledge: Machine learning and deep learning concepts MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management Data engineering and pipeline architecture (ETL/ELT, distributed systems) AI Systems & Platform Knowledge AI model integration with business applications Multi‑agent architectures and orchestration frameworks Generative AI model usage and constraints Knowledge of AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) Enterprise Architecture & Systems Design Skills: Across data, application, platform, and integration layers Scalable and secure architectures AI‑enhanced enterprise architecture patterns Digital twins for testing architecture scenarios Knowledge graphs for grounding AI outputs Responsible AI, Governance & Security competence in: Responsible AI practices & compliance Data governance, access control, and lineage Guardrails for model safety and reliability Vulnerability detection (e.g., prompt manipulation, model security) Experience: Designing large‑scale distributed systems and integrating AI into enterprise workflows. Designing and deploying AI/ML systems and integrating AI with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365. Modernizing legacy platforms using AI‑first strategies. Cross‑domain architecture experience (EA frameworks, cloud architecture, microservices, APIs) an advantage.
