• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities in key sectors: healthcare, industrial, automation, and software solutions. • Develop and implement plans to attract and secure clients in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, with a focus on software products and services. • Design and execute sales strategies tailored to software products and services to achieve revenue and market share goals. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction with software solutions. • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close high-value deals, particularly for software and engineering solutions. • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • At least 5 years of proven success in business development or sales, ideally in the software, healthcare, industrial, or automation sectors. • Strong familiarity with relevant industry trends, particularly in software solutions and regulatory landscapes. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Strong technical knowledge of software products and their applications in healthcare, industrial, and automation sectors. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
