📋 Description

• Drive new business acquisition by selling card acquiring and alternative payment solutions to e-commerce merchants and partners • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across EU markets • Position payment solutions effectively by aligning product capabilities with client needs and revenue goals • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging payment methods to refine sales strategy • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums • Identify new verticals and expansion opportunities to accelerate commercial growth • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and reporting with high attention to detail • Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in FinTech or payments sales, particularly in merchant acquiring or alternative payment methods • Strong understanding of the e-commerce payments ecosystem, including PSPs and payment flows • Experience working with international clients and cross-border markets • Business-fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Self-driven, proactive mindset with a strong hunter mentality • Strong organisational skills with experience using CRM systems effectively • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
