• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers and Hiring Managers to coordinating candidate interview activity on a variety of searches • Serve as the main point of contact for Headway candidates through their interview processes, utilizing Greenhouse, Google Calendar, and other recruiting technology to enable an optimal candidate experience • Support and own Talent team projects related to talent operations and process improvement, training, and/or talent branding • Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of making the best hiring decisions and reducing bias
• At least 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience at a tech company in a high-growth environment • Experience working with Greenhouse • Go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies • Scrappy & creative thinker who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity • Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
