📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team across Business and Technical pipelines • Establish clear goals and metrics that support scalable team performance • Design and optimize end-to-end sourcing workflows that improve speed and efficiency while maintaining a high candidate bar • Build scalable sourcing systems, including tools, processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms that support predictable hiring at scale • Collaborate with Recruiting Managers to prioritize critical roles and adjust top-of-funnel strategies as business needs change • Partner with your team to diagnose root causes of top-of-funnel challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years of recruiting / sourcing / operations experience, including 2+ years managing a team • Have experience within both business and technical recruiting, and understand the nuances of building pipelines across multiple functions • Excel at people leadership, building teams, developing others, and raising performance standards through coaching and clear expectations • Have a track record of building or improving sourcing workflows, systems, or operational frameworks • Are highly skilled in pipeline strategy, sourcing methodologies, search techniques, and modern sourcing tools/tech
