• Responsible for designing and developing multi-pronged, multi-modal learning programs • Engage in collaborative development with stakeholders • Design and develop learning materials for training delivery • Create content that enhances the retention and transfer of knowledge • Collaborate with stakeholders for iterative improvements to learning
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Two years or more experience in design and development of learning using industry standard course authoring tool(s) • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Experience working in Learning Management Systems • Strong planning, organizing, and execution skills • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
