• Develop and facilitate learning experiences that increase performance in business-critical processes and workflows. • Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences across virtual and in-person formats. • Translate complex operational and product knowledge into engaging, actionable learning content. • Deliver training through a mix of modalities. • Partner with the SYNC Trainer for technical product training. • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize learning needs. • Contribute to cohort-based onboarding and learning journeys. • Align training design with HCHB’s learning architecture. • Assess training effectiveness using various learning metrics. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and internal stakeholders on learning best practices.
• 6+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or talent development • Expertise in content development tools, especially Articulate and Canva • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions with measurable impact • Strong, dynamic facilitation skills • Experience designing and delivering both technical and process-focused training • A collaborative, consultative mindset • Comfort with or curiosity about generative AI tools
