📋 Description

• Represent a select group of premium spirits from the Heaven Hill portfolio • Drive sales, build advocacy, and elevate brand awareness through strategic market activations, education, and events • Focus on building Heaven Hill brand love and advocacy within target on-premise accounts in the local market • Champion premium spirits, including Tequila Ocho, Widow Jane Whiskey, Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, Old Fitz 7 Year, Rittenhouse Rye, Mezcal Vago, and Bluecoat Gin • Expand distribution and secure menu placements in key accounts • Lead staff trainings, trade education, and consumer experiences • Build strong relationships with industry influencers to grow brand presence • Collaborate with sales teams and distributor partners to execute market plans • Represent the brand at major trade shows, regional events, and national activations • Organize and deliver impactful brand education programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years in field sales, brand ambassadorship, or advocacy with established market spirits industry connections • Deep knowledge and passion for spirits; agave and whiskey expertise preferred • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively • Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, with travel as needed • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to use technology for presentations, tools, and reporting • Must be a minimum of 21 years old • Valid driver’s license required
