📋 Description

• Review clinical documentation examples provided by users and transform them into high-quality Heidi-compatible templates and forms • Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to understand clinical requirements and develop templates and forms during onboarding • Support ongoing account health checks by reviewing usage and flagging unsafe or non-compliant templates • Escalate clinical safety issues to Clinical Safety and product teams • Help deliver template and form workshops • Contribute to LMS content and guides for clinician and internal-team self-service • Triage and respond to user enquiries in Intercom • Investigate edge cases and escalate patterns and learnings to Clinical Safety and product teams • Manage workload across regions, account tiers, and urgency levels • Develop product knowledge across specialties, settings, workflows, and international regions • Use AI and software tools to improve work efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career medical, nursing, allied health, mental health, veterinary, or dental professional • Clinical background is required; non-clinicians will not be considered • Ability to learn Heidi's product quickly and work autonomously with high accountability • Sharp attention to detail and reliable output under volume • Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills • Sound judgement beyond following established processes • Comfortable with ambiguity and improving processes • Genuine excitement about Heidi's mission and AI in healthcare • Prior experience with Notion, Loom, Intercom, ChatGPT, or Claude is advantageous but not required • Must be able to work lawfully in the advertised location
