📋 Description

• You will take responsibility for your own client brands from day one and work closely alongside an experienced senior. • Creator sourcing & discovery: find the right creators for each brand using our in-house, AI-powered tools. • Outreach & negotiation: manage everything from initial contact to final deal, including barter collaborations. This involves a high volume of email and communication, which we streamline with AI but do not replace. • Campaign management: briefings, content alignment, partnership ads, scheduling and timing. • Reporting & analysis: track performance in a data-driven way and use insights to improve the next campaign. • Client communication: act as a point of contact for our clients and provide proactive support and advice.

🎯 Requirements

• Mindset matters more than your CV: doer mentality — you take problems and solve them, go the extra mile, and question processes instead of just executing them. • High level of ownership: the way you do things matters to you and you hold yourself to high standards. • AI affinity: you enjoy working with AI and learn new tools quickly (or are eager to learn). • Resilience in a fast-paced environment: high volume and high tempo motivate you. • Honesty, transparency and open communication are important to you. • Very good German, good English — we also source talent internationally. • Experience in influencer marketing is a plus but not required. Attitude and a steep learning curve outweigh a perfect CV.
