📋 Description
• Assist with completion of monthly bank reconciliations • Review and record revenue • Support and complete accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including entering bills and invoices • Review and record mortgage and utility payments • Assist with maintenance and reconciliation of company balance sheet and general ledger accounts • Assist with cash flow needs by ensuring outstanding balances owed to the management company are paid in a timely manner • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting • Perform additional duties and complete special projects for the finance department as needed
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience with real estate accounting and financial reporting for U.S.-based companies • Familiarity with GAAP and IRS requirements • Command of the English language, written and verbal • Experience with hospitality revenue accounting is a plus, but not required • Experience involving platforms like Airbnb is a strong advantage • Experience using cloud-based accounting software • Experience using SAGE Intacct is a plus
