📋 Description

• Create happy customers by providing outstanding service • Develop positive rapport with each customer • Personalise every interaction and provide solutions to take care of customers • Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management and make recommendations • Meet the Customer Care teams KPIs and targets • Handle customer communication via email and calls • Admin and ad-hoc tasks that the client might require

🎯 Requirements

• With at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/BPO (Voice and email) • Preferably with WFH experience • With a conducive working environment for WFH set-up • E-commerce, Freshdesk and Subscription experiences are a PLUS • Flexible with schedule • Good email comms, quick to resolve the issue with great CS skills • Positive energy and can-do attitude • A person with high regard for integrity and diligence. Works efficiently with minimal supervision • A passion for craft beer and/or Wine (or a willingness to learn)
