• Lead the marketing strategy for Kaleido’s Diabetes Care portfolio. • Drive campaigns, empower sales, and shape product positioning in the German market. • Own and implement the annual marketing plan for the Diabetes Care portfolio. • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels. • Equip the sales team with compelling tools and messaging. • Analyze customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategy. • Partner with global teams to define product features and manage lifecycle stages. • Track and report on marketing performance, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; master’s degree preferred. • Proven senior marketing experience in MedTech within Germany, ideally in Diabetes Care or a related therapeutic area. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a commercial environment. • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and global product management. • Strong strategic & analytical skills with proficiency in marketing metrics, CRM tools, and digital marketing. • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. • Residing in Germany. • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 30%.
