📋 Description

• Build and execute the strategic vision for the product under your responsibility • Be on the front line, immersed in the day-to-day operations of the area to develop an in-depth understanding of its systems and processes • Lead product development projects from concept through launch • Gather and refine business requirements with internal product, engineering, business, marketing, and finance teams • Create and manage the product roadmap • Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility • Oversee the product lifecycle, from planning through launch, ensuring quality and product-market fit • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and KPIs • Oversee the C-level project portfolio end to end across the discovery, build, and delivery phases • Map and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and critical cross-functional dependencies • Transform raw operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership • Increase the predictability and maturity of quarterly and semiannual planning cycles • Serve as the first quality filter for strategic initiatives before they reach governance forums • Raise the level of product discussions through structured proposals and an ecosystem perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification • Experience in Strategic Project Management (PMO), Product Operations (ProdOps), or as a Chief of Staff • Strong Product Management experience, with comprehensive knowledge of the product lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, and metrics • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders • Experience with AI architecture, GenAI, or agent-based platforms
