📋 Description

• Execute and coordinate digital marketing campaigns from planning through launch. • Manage operational workflows, including ticket creation and tracking, email sends, and launch-readiness validation. • Coordinate activities across different teams to ensure on-time launches. • Conduct end-to-end QA and resolve operational issues before and during launches. • Define and segment target audiences in partnership with the BMP Analytics team. • Ensure the correct implementation of customer data and segments in campaigns. • Work with Engineering on configuration, testing, experimentation, and results measurement. • Support A/B testing and Growth experimentation. • Coordinate campaign localization and adaptation for different markets and regions. • Prepare Customer Support teams for new launches and develop materials, FAQs, instructions, and documentation. • Create, document, and optimize scalable processes for campaign operations. • Work on workflow automation, always-on programs in Marketo, and Salesforce data-driven campaigns. • Identify and propose improvements to reduce manual activities, errors, and execution time while increasing quality, speed, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Digital Marketing, Growth Operations, or Project Management. • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo. • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce. • Experience coordinating and executing digital campaigns. • Knowledge of audience segmentation processes and campaign operations. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams. • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused. • Continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency mindset. • Ability to work in dynamic environments and with multiple teams. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education. • Advanced English proficiency.
