⢠Identification and acquisition of new customers ⢠Independently manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing ⢠Conduct sales negotiations and presentations, including preparing proposals ⢠Sell services and software products related to our ECM/EIM portfolio ⢠Continuously develop and expand customer relationships through relationship management ⢠Analyze trends and customer needs to optimize the sales strategy ⢠Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for defined target markets and industries ⢠Participate in industry events, trade shows, or webinars to raise brand awareness and generate leads ⢠Identify cross- and upselling opportunities after contract conclusion ⢠Work closely with adjacent departments such as PMO and Consulting
⢠Completed degree in business administration, IT-related studies, or commercial vocational training ⢠Several years of experience in sales or sales-adjacent roles involving software solutions and/or business applications ⢠Experience and expertise in digitalization and automation of business processes, as well as IT-strategic topics ⢠Confident, professional presence in customer meetings and technical competence in IT solution sales ⢠Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills ⢠Goal orientation and sense of responsibility ⢠Assertiveness and a strong ability to close deals ⢠Customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset and approach ⢠Ideally, prior knowledge of industries such as social services, municipal utilities, or energy and utilities
