📋 Description

• Manage and produce premium content assets for lead acquisition (eBooks, webinars, checklists, research, and new formats) • Develop storytelling, write content, and structure nurturing, engagement, and conversion journeys for lead and trial databases across the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel • Produce, review, and schedule regular newsletters for distribution to lead and trial databases • Identify and create lead acquisition opportunities in collaboration with partners, influencers, or proprietary tools • Support mentoring and positioning and content strategies for Sales Ambassadors (Sales Enablement) • Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, email subject lines, and CTAs for continuous conversion rate optimization (basic CRO) • Track and analyze operational Inbound Marketing and automation metrics (open, click-through, conversion, and MQL generation rates), proposing continuous improvements • Use generative AI tools to optimize research workflows, idea generation, and copywriting tests • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align communication workflows and the user journey

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field • At least 1 year of experience in Inbound Marketing and content writing • Knowledge of sales funnel strategies, nurturing journeys, and storytelling • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing acquisition and conversion metrics • Knowledge of data analysis to interpret performance data and implement continuous improvements to communication workflows • Knowledge of AI tools applied to marketing, content production, and content optimization • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills, dynamism, and proactivity • Experience working at SaaS companies • Knowledge of the dental market is a strong plus
