📋 Description
• Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Kosten- und Leistungscontrollings für technische Bereiche. • Budgetplanung, -überwachung und -analyse in Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Leitern. • Erstellung von monatlichen Reports, Abweichungsanalysen und Forecasts. • Pflege relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Ressourceneinsatz.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund. • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics) sowie MS Excel und BI-Tools. • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln.
