📋 Description

• Support the execution of brand positioning and guidelines across all materials and communications for Dental Practice Services brands. • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans. • Serve as a day-to-day marketing liaison for select vendor partners and internal stakeholders. • Help develop and execute marketing programs and promotions to support annual growth goals. • Partner with Creative Services, internal product/brand stakeholders, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams. • Maintain and support execution of the marketing campaign calendar. • Assist in the development of collateral and content for marketing programs across multiple channels. • Coordinate with Creative Services, external creative agencies, and vendor partners to develop marketing materials. • Support sales enablement efforts by creating and distributing materials that promote campaigns. • Assist with coordination of advertising and promotional placement in internal and external channels. • Support marketing performance tracking and reporting efforts. • Assist with expense tracking and budget support. • Participate in cross-functional and inter-departmental meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. • Experience supporting marketing programs involving third-party partners preferred • Knowledge of the dental industry, healthcare, or relevant business solutions is a plus • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, paid media, print) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including managing multiple projects and deadlines • Working understanding of standard industry marketing practices.
