📋 Description

• You develop and produce social-first content for our channels — from the initial idea to publication. • You film Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts both in front of and behind the camera, delivering fast, high-quality, platform-appropriate content. • You regularly visit clients, construction sites and other practical locations to make genuine stories from the skilled trades visible. • You develop new content formats with recognisable identity and actively contribute your own ideas to the team. • You approach video content with a social-first mindset and know how to generate attention, stay relatable and perform organically. • You build a reliable network of tradespeople, creators and other relevant contacts.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a strong sense for social media, storytelling and viral mechanics. • You feel confident in front of and behind the camera and can engage people naturally. • You have experience in video editing and handling mobile camera equipment. • You build trust quickly with others and find stories that are authentic, relevant and worth telling. • You work hands-on, independently and with a good eye for quality, speed and platform fit. • Ideally, you have already produced content that built reach and genuinely reached people. • Fluent German (minimum C1) and English skills (minimum B2) are required.
