📋 Description

• Work on a variety of innovative inbound customer service projects • Handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing • Answer customer questions and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach • Ensure a positive customer experience • Provide professional support as the first point of contact for customers • Collaborate closely with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in an EU country outside Germany • Registered business with a VAT ID • Experience in customer service, for example as an agent or in a similar role • German language skills at C1 or C2 level, both spoken and written • Friendly and professional manner, solution-oriented approach, and confident communication skills • Proficiency with common tools and systems, particularly CRM or ticketing systems • Officially registered as a freelancer • Legally authorized or otherwise able to work within the EU • Dedicated workspace and stable internet connection
