📋 Description

• Reporting to and under direct supervisor of the Director of Specialty Fluids • Responsible for supporting the growth of the Specialty Fluids business with an emphasis on process oils for various applications • Supports lead qualification, customer onboarding, distributor enablement and account development • Works remotely with up to 30-50% travel required • Identify, process, qualify, and assign all inbound leads across the sales team and distributor partner network • Follow up on tradeshow and event-generated leads to drive conversion • Accelerate growth in strategic segments by identifying key targets • Develop share-of-wallet opportunities within the existing account base through regular engagement • Analyze, trend, and act on the sampling program to improve conversion • Collaborate with Sales leadership to assess sales and freight variances • Participate in cross-functional projects to create new sales enablers • Support account managers in developing proposals, presentations, and RFIs • Maintain accurate tracking of contacts, leads, opportunities, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce CRM • Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales administration or customer-facing experience • B2B sales experience, ideally in the petrochemical or specialty chemicals industry, preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and/or marketing, chemistry or field related to this position • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset • Organized, analytical, and results-driven • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Speaking and writing languages commonly used across the Americas and/or Asia considered an asset • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI • Familiarity with lead generation platforms • Technical understanding or competencies of specialty chemicals or lubricants
